Our Service Fee
AirFairLLC provides independent travel booking assistance and customer support services. In addition to airline fares and applicable government taxes, we may charge service fees for booking assistance, reservation management, and other travel-related support. These fees compensate for the professional services we provide and are separate from charges imposed by airlines or travel suppliers.
Service fees may vary depending on the type of reservation, travel destination, booking complexity, and the level of assistance requested. Any applicable service charges will be disclosed before your reservation is completed whenever required.
Fees may apply to a variety of travel services, including new reservations, itinerary modifications, date or destination changes, passenger information updates, cancellation assistance, refund processing, schedule change support, ticket reissuance, and other post-booking requests.
Airline fares, taxes, baggage charges, seat selection fees, travel insurance premiums, airport fees, and other supplier-imposed charges are separate from our service fees. These charges are determined by the airline or travel provider and are not controlled by AirFairLLC.
Unless otherwise stated, service fees charged for reservation assistance are non-refundable after the requested service has been completed. This policy applies regardless of whether an airline subsequently approves or denies a refund, schedule change, or cancellation request.
If a reservation requires additional support after ticket issuance, including voluntary itinerary changes, name correction requests, travel documentation assistance, or communication with airlines, additional service fees may apply depending on the nature of the request.
In cases involving multiple airlines, complex itineraries, group bookings, or special travel arrangements, service fees may differ due to the additional administrative work required to coordinate with one or more travel suppliers.
Any refund of airline charges is governed solely by the airline's fare rules and refund policy. Our service fees are independent of airline decisions and are generally not included in any airline-issued refund unless expressly stated in writing.
By confirming a reservation through our website, you acknowledge and agree that applicable service fees are charged for the travel assistance and customer support services provided by AirFairLLC, and that these fees are separate from airline or supplier charges.
