Contract
Before completing a reservation, please review the airline’s conditions of carriage, fare rules, ticket information, and all travel documents provided with your booking. These documents contain important terms governing your journey, including check-in requirements, baggage limitations, schedule changes, cancellations, and passenger responsibilities.
In most cases, AirFairLLC acts as an independent travel intermediary between you and the airline, consolidator, or other travel supplier. Your contract for the transportation or travel service is generally formed directly with the relevant supplier. Where we provide a service as the principal contracting party, this will be clearly disclosed before your booking is confirmed.
Travel products displayed on our website are invitations for customers to submit reservation requests. A booking request does not become a confirmed contract until it has been accepted by the relevant supplier, payment has been successfully processed, and a valid confirmation or ticket has been issued.
Your Obligations
By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into the transaction, and accept financial responsibility for all bookings completed under your name, payment method, account, or contact details.
When booking on behalf of relatives, friends, employees, groups, or other travelers, you confirm that you have permission to provide their information and accept the applicable booking conditions on their behalf. You are also responsible for ensuring that every traveler receives the relevant itinerary, fare restrictions, airline policies, and travel requirements.
All passenger details must be complete, current, and accurate. Names entered during booking must match the government-issued identification or passport that will be presented during travel. Incorrect names, dates of birth, contact information, passport details, or other passenger data may result in amendment charges, ticket cancellation, or denial of boarding.
Payment information must match the details registered with the issuing bank or card provider. Inaccurate cardholder names, billing addresses, security information, or incomplete payment details may delay ticket issuance or cause the reservation to be declined or cancelled.
You must not use this website to create speculative, duplicate, misleading, fraudulent, or false bookings. Reservations made for unlawful purposes or with unauthorized payment details may be cancelled without prior notice and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Supplier Conditions
Every airline and travel supplier maintains its own terms, fare rules, check-in deadlines, baggage policies, cancellation conditions, and operational procedures. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all conditions associated with your selected itinerary.
AirFairLLC cannot accept responsibility for reservations cancelled, suspended, or affected because a traveler failed to comply with airline requirements, airport procedures, identification rules, check-in times, documentation requirements, or other supplier conditions.
Fare restrictions may vary significantly between ticket types. Certain fares may restrict or prohibit cancellations, refunds, date changes, destination changes, name corrections, seat selection, upgrades, or baggage allowances. More flexible fares may have higher prices but may provide additional options after ticket issuance.
Flight segments must normally be used in the exact order shown on the confirmed itinerary. Missing, skipping, or failing to use one segment may cause the airline to cancel all remaining flights associated with the same ticket. Any resulting loss of ticket value will be determined according to the airline’s rules.
Some carriers may require passengers to verify or reconfirm flight information before departure. We recommend checking directly with the operating airline before every journey, particularly when flights were booked well in advance, as schedules, terminals, aircraft, and departure times may change.
Information on the Site
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate and current information; however, travel content such as fares, schedules, availability, restrictions, descriptions, and destination details may be supplied by third parties and can change without prior notice.
AirFairLLC does not warrant that every item displayed on the website will always be complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular traveler’s requirements.
If an error, omission, or outdated detail is identified, we will take reasonable steps to correct it after becoming aware of the issue. Corrections may include changes to prices, descriptions, availability, service information, or reservation conditions.
Website content is provided for general guidance and should not replace official information from airlines, airports, embassies, government agencies, or other authorized travel providers. We reserve the right to revise, remove, suspend, or update any website feature, supplier listing, service, or informational content at any time.
Pricing
Unless otherwise displayed, prices are quoted in United States dollars and remain subject to availability until the reservation has been confirmed, payment has been approved, and the ticket has been issued.
The final amount may include base airfare, airline-imposed surcharges, government taxes, airport fees, security charges, supplier costs, and applicable booking or service fees. A fare displayed during the search process is not guaranteed until ticketing has been completed.
Some destinations may require travelers to pay local departure, arrival, tourism, immigration, airport, or other government charges that cannot be collected in advance. Customers are responsible for identifying and paying any locally assessed amounts required for their journey.
Booking, transaction, consultation, amendment, cancellation, refund-support, or administrative service fees charged by AirFairLLC are separate from airline charges and are generally non-refundable once the applicable service has been provided.
Airlines may change fares, taxes, schedules, or availability at any time before ticket issuance. If a pricing difference, system error, supplier adjustment, or incorrect fare is identified before the journey begins, we may contact you to collect the additional amount, offer an alternative option, or cancel the affected reservation and process any applicable refund.
Certain promotional, negotiated, unpublished, or special fares may require manual verification by our ticketing team. If the originally displayed amount cannot be honored, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide available alternatives.
When a travel product is priced in a currency different from the payment currency, the final amount may include exchange-rate adjustments, conversion expenses, or card-provider charges. Currency conversion rates may change between the time of quotation and the completion of payment.
Denied Boarding, Flight Delays and Cancellations
Flight schedules, boarding procedures, operational delays, cancellations, overbookings, and other airline-related disruptions are managed exclusively by the operating airline. If you experience denied boarding or a significant schedule interruption, your available remedies will be determined by the airline's conditions of carriage and any applicable transportation regulations.
Where reasonably possible, AirFairLLC will assist customers in communicating with the airline regarding available travel options, but we cannot guarantee compensation, refunds, travel credits, hotel accommodations, or alternative transportation.
Any reimbursement, compensation, meal vouchers, accommodation, or alternative travel arrangements offered due to operational disruptions remain solely at the discretion of the airline or applicable transportation authority.
Community List
Certain countries maintain official lists identifying airlines that are subject to operational restrictions or safety-related prohibitions. Where applicable, travelers are encouraged to consult the relevant aviation authority before departure to obtain the most current information regarding airline operating permissions.
These regulatory lists are maintained by the appropriate government authorities and may change from time to time. We do not control or modify the information published by those organizations.
Making a Booking / Booking Details
All reservations displayed on our website remain subject to seat availability, fare verification, payment authorization, and final confirmation by the airline or travel supplier. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee that a reservation has been successfully confirmed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing passenger names, travel dates, destinations, airline selections, and itinerary details before completing payment. Any errors identified after ticket issuance may be subject to airline change restrictions and additional charges.
Online Booking
Customers making reservations through our website must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date passenger and payment information. All information submitted during the booking process should match the traveler's government-issued identification or passport.
By completing an online reservation, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
Once your booking has been successfully accepted, we will issue a booking confirmation and, where applicable, your electronic ticket after payment verification and supplier confirmation have been completed.
Although we strive to maintain uninterrupted online services, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be available without temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Bookings over the Telephone
Customers choosing to complete reservations by telephone must provide accurate passenger information, travel preferences, billing details, and payment information. Verbal confirmation provided during the call forms part of the booking process.
Once payment has been authorized and the reservation has been confirmed, a confirmation email or itinerary will be sent using the contact information provided during the booking process.
Customers should carefully review all booking details immediately after receiving their confirmation. Any discrepancies should be reported without unnecessary delay, as certain corrections may not be possible once tickets have been issued.
Special Requests
We are pleased to forward requests relating to seating preferences, wheelchair assistance, special meals, medical accommodations, infant travel, or other travel requirements to the appropriate airline or supplier.
All such requests are submitted on a best-effort basis and remain subject to airline availability, operational limitations, and approval. Submission of a request does not guarantee that it will be fulfilled.
Pregnancy
Airlines maintain individual policies regarding travel during pregnancy. These policies may vary depending on the stage of pregnancy, destination, flight duration, and the passenger's medical condition.
Some airlines may request medical certificates, physician approval, or additional documentation before permitting travel. Travelers are encouraged to review the airline's pregnancy policy before confirming their reservation.
Expectant mothers should also consult their healthcare provider before travel and ensure that any travel insurance policy adequately covers pregnancy-related circumstances where applicable.
Travelling with Infants and Children
Minimum travel age requirements for infants are determined by the operating airline. Most carriers require newborn infants to reach a specified minimum age before travel is permitted.
Infants may travel on an accompanying adult's lap or in an approved child restraint system where permitted by the airline. Seating arrangements and infant fare rules vary between carriers.
Children who exceed the airline's infant age limit are generally required to occupy their own seat and travel under the applicable child fare conditions established by the airline.
Paying for your Booking
We accept payment using supported debit cards, credit cards, approved online payment methods, electronic payment links, and other authorized payment options displayed during the reservation process.
Full payment is generally required before tickets can be issued. Reservations may remain unconfirmed until payment authorization has been successfully completed and accepted by both the payment provider and the travel supplier.
To reduce payment fraud and protect customers, additional identity verification may occasionally be requested before ticket issuance. Such verification may include confirmation of billing information, government-issued identification, proof of payment authorization, or other supporting documentation.
Reservations may be cancelled if payment authorization is declined, fraudulent activity is suspected, inaccurate billing information is provided, or requested verification cannot be completed within the required timeframe.
Customers remain responsible for any applicable bank charges, foreign currency conversion fees, payment processing charges, or other financial institution costs associated with completing their transaction.
Managing Your Booking
After your reservation has been confirmed, you are responsible for reviewing your itinerary, passenger information, travel dates, and contact details to ensure all information is accurate. If you notice any discrepancies, please notify our customer support team as soon as possible so that available correction options can be reviewed.
Travelers are responsible for arriving at the airport within the airline's recommended check-in time and complying with all security, immigration, baggage, and boarding procedures. Failure to meet airline check-in deadlines may result in denied boarding or cancellation of the reservation under the airline's fare rules.
We recommend confirming your flight status directly with the operating airline before departure, particularly for international travel or reservations made well in advance, as schedules, terminals, or departure times may change without prior notice.
Cancellations / Amendments by You
Any request to cancel or modify a reservation is subject to the fare conditions, ticket restrictions, and policies established by the airline or travel supplier. Certain tickets may allow changes with applicable charges, while others may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable.
Passenger names should exactly match the government-issued identification or passport used for travel. Most airlines do not permit name transfers after ticket issuance, and any corrections that are allowed may be subject to airline approval and additional charges.
Where changes or cancellations are permitted by the airline, applicable airline penalties, fare differences, supplier charges, and our administrative service fees may apply before the request can be processed.
To help prevent delays, cancellation or amendment requests should be submitted through our customer support team as early as possible. Requests received outside normal business hours will be processed on the next available working day.
Cancellation
Customers wishing to cancel a reservation should contact our support team before the scheduled departure whenever possible. Refund eligibility depends entirely on the fare purchased, airline policies, and any applicable supplier conditions.
If a reservation is not cancelled before the scheduled departure and the passenger fails to travel, the booking may be treated as a "no-show." In many cases, no-show reservations are not eligible for refunds, credits, or future travel benefits.
Where a refund is approved by the airline, processing times may vary depending on the airline, payment method, financial institution, and applicable verification procedures. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Approved refunds may be reduced by airline cancellation penalties, supplier fees, administrative charges, payment processing costs, or other deductions permitted under the applicable fare rules.
Some government taxes or airport charges may be refundable even when the airfare itself is non-refundable. Any such refund remains subject to the airline's policies and applicable processing requirements.
Amendment
If you need to modify your itinerary after ticket issuance, please contact our customer support team before your scheduled departure. Amendment requests are subject to airline approval, seat availability, applicable fare rules, and operational limitations.
Depending on the ticket purchased, itinerary modifications may require payment of fare differences, airline change penalties, supplier charges, and administrative service fees before revised travel documents can be issued.
Certain promotional, discounted, negotiated, or special fares may prohibit voluntary changes after ticket issuance. Customers are encouraged to review all fare conditions before confirming their reservation.
Cancellations / Amendments by the Travel Supplier
Airlines and other travel suppliers may occasionally modify flight schedules, aircraft assignments, operating routes, departure times, or other reservation details due to operational, commercial, safety, or regulatory reasons.
While AirFairLLC has no control over supplier decisions, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the contact information provided during booking whenever updated information becomes available.
Depending on the airline's policy and the nature of the schedule change, travelers may be offered alternative flights, itinerary revisions, travel credits, refunds, or other remedies as determined solely by the operating airline.
- Alternative flights operated by the same airline.
- Rebooking on another available itinerary, where permitted.
- Travel credit or voucher issued under the airline's policy.
- Eligible refund when approved by the airline.
In situations where the airline revises departure times or routing before travel begins, updated travel documents may or may not be required. If revised documentation becomes necessary, we will provide appropriate guidance whenever possible.
We are not responsible for schedule revisions, missed connections, operational disruptions, weather-related delays, airport restrictions, or other circumstances controlled by airlines, airports, or government authorities.
Insurance
We strongly encourage every traveler to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before the commencement of their journey. A suitable insurance policy may provide valuable protection against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage delays, lost personal belongings, travel interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Travel insurance is a separate agreement between you and your chosen insurance provider. The level of protection, policy exclusions, claim procedures, and available benefits are determined exclusively by the insurer. Travelers should carefully review all policy documents to ensure the selected coverage is appropriate for their individual travel plans.
If your travel plans involve pre-existing medical conditions, adventure activities, international destinations, or valuable personal belongings, you should confirm that your insurance policy specifically provides adequate coverage for those circumstances before departure.
AirFairLLC is not responsible for insurance claim decisions, policy exclusions, claim processing times, or compensation provided by third-party insurance companies.
Tickets
Most airlines now issue electronic tickets (e-Tickets), which are delivered electronically after your reservation has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed. Travelers should retain a copy of their itinerary and booking confirmation for future reference.
Depending on the airline, route, or travel product, alternative ticket formats may occasionally be issued where permitted by the supplier. Ticket availability and delivery methods remain subject to airline policies.
Customers should carefully review all ticket details immediately after receiving their confirmation and notify our support team without delay if any discrepancies are identified.
Lost Tickets
If travel documents or paper tickets are lost before departure, you should notify both our customer support team and the operating airline as soon as possible. Available replacement options depend entirely on the airline's ticketing procedures.
Some airlines may permit replacement or reissuance after payment of applicable administrative charges, while others may require the purchase of a completely new ticket. The applicable process varies according to each airline's individual policies.
Where permitted by the airline, replacement requests may require identity verification and additional documentation before new travel documents can be issued.
Non-Delivery / Non-Receipt of Tickets
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address and contact information provided during booking are accurate and capable of receiving electronic travel documents.
If your booking confirmation or electronic ticket has not been received within a reasonable period after payment, you should contact our customer support team immediately so that delivery can be verified and, where appropriate, the documentation can be resent.
Please check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered email folders before reporting missing travel documents. Incorrect email addresses or mailbox filtering may prevent successful delivery of confirmation emails.
Passport / Visas / Health Requirements
Every traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation before departure, including valid passports, visas, entry permits, transit authorizations, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required by the countries included within the itinerary.
Passport validity requirements differ between destinations. Many countries require passports to remain valid for several months beyond the planned date of return. Travelers should verify the specific entry requirements directly with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority before travelling.
Visa requirements vary depending on nationality, destination, transit points, travel purpose, and duration of stay. It is the traveler's responsibility to secure all required visas prior to departure.
Certain destinations may require proof of vaccinations, medical certificates, health declarations, or additional public health documentation. These requirements may change without prior notice, and travelers should obtain the latest information from official government sources before commencing their journey.
Failure to satisfy immigration, customs, passport, visa, health, or entry requirements may result in denied boarding, refusal of entry, quarantine requirements, deportation, cancellation of travel services, or additional expenses. Such matters remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Service Charges
AirFairLLC may apply service charges for reservation assistance, booking administration, itinerary modifications, cancellation processing, refund requests, ticket reissuance, customer support services, payment processing, and other travel-related assistance provided through our platform.
These service charges are separate from airline fares, airport taxes, government charges, baggage fees, and any other supplier-imposed costs. Applicable service fees will vary depending on the nature of the requested service and the complexity of the reservation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, service charges are non-refundable once the requested service has been performed. Additional administrative fees may apply where further assistance is requested after ticket issuance.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that any applicable service fees represent compensation for the professional travel assistance provided by our team and are independent of charges imposed by airlines or other travel suppliers.
